Shorehaven Independent Living broke ground on 44 new apartments They needed help urging people to sign up for tours of the model apartment and eventually commit to purchase an apartment.
Working with a local marketing agency, we produced five 30-second TV spots that ran on targeted television programs. Interviews with current residents, key Shorehaven team members and the project’s architect touched on the various and appealing aspects of living at Shorehaven.
Shorehaven sold 18 units in the first three months of the television campaign, greatly surpassing its goal of 15 units in six months. Each purchaser confirmed the TV spots drew them to Shorehaven.
